Your teacher aide pay equity claim was settled in 2020, bringing significant pay corrections as recognition for the important work you and your colleagues do. 

As part of the pay equity process, your pay rates are up for review. We believe that teacher aide pay rates have fallen behind, however the Government doesn’t agree.  

We need to put pressure on the Government and ensure teacher aides get the pay you deserve. At this hui, we will provide information about how you can vote and talk about next steps.
