These historic meetings provide a PAID opportunity for ECE Kaiako and kaimahi to come together at meetings being held nationwide. The Fair Pay Agreement process gives us an opportunity to work together, across the whole ECE sector, to solve some of the big issues we’re facing. At this meeting, we’ll discuss the claims we want to bring into the Fair Pay Agreement bargaining – solutions that we hope to be able to agree on together. We’ll also endorse a bargaining team to take these solutions forward.
It’s really important that as many ECE staff as possible attend these events to build our power and agree on our next steps in the process – so please come along, and bring your colleagues!
