This meeting is for anyone who works in the early childhood sector on the North Shore.
ECE union members have got together from around the country to set the vision for a Fair Pay Agreement covering all workers in ECE.
Come along to find out:
- The results from the survey of over 2000 ECE workers about pay and conditions.
- The key features of the FPA that members are starting to fight for.
- Members vision for the future of the sector.
There will be opportunities for Centre Managers and Head Teachers to have a separate korero about what is important to support your mahi.
And, we'll look into what we need to do next - our actions will make a difference!
