Ōtākou - Treaty Principles Bill Hui

Please join your NZEI Te Riu Roa member colleagues in hearing what the Treaty Principles Bill means for us all and how you can work collectively to ensure your voice is heard to protect Te Tiriti.

The Coalition government is driving through legislation to redefine Te Tiriti o Waitangi with their upcoming Treaty Principles Bill. In this session we will examine what’s in the Bill, what’s at stake and how we can organise against it in our respective communities.

Finger food will be provided and drinks available to purchase (non-alcoholic drinks will be provided).

Hosted by Anaru Ryall, NZEI Te Riu Roa Community Organiser, supported by Fiona Matapo and Kathryne Tofia, AC Dual Chairs.
