This hui serves as space to unpack what it means when the Ministry of Education offers an IEA (Independent Employment Agreement) during negotiations.

We intend to give an overview, identify any issues, and what the next steps can be.

This hui is run together with the Te Tauihu o te Waka a Maui and Waitaha area councils.
