Papakura, Franklin and Waiuku Early Childhood Education Network

There is a lot happening in Early Childhood right now; between the potential outcomes of the regulatory review and many members' collective agreements shortly up for, or currently in negotiation, we think it is time to create an ECE network in Papakura, Franklin and Waiuku.
