The Mana Taurite | Pay Equity claim for tumuaki and kaiako is the largest pay equity claim in Aotearoa, covering 90,000 educators.
An opportunity to come together, find out more, and find out how the claim impacts Tumuaki/ Principals is being offered during Term 1 engagement events. All principals in primary and area schools are warmly invited to attend.

- A draft model for a “principled approach to system change” designed by the Principals’ Council of NZEI Te Riu Roa.
- Primary Principal (NZEI) Collective Agreement WINS and next steps to initiate thinking ahead of collective agreement negotiations in 2025.
