Submission writing workshop for the Regulatory Standards Bill

The Education and Workforce Select Committee are currently accepting submissions for the Regulatory Standards Bill. The bill is likely to have severe consequences for the way parliament makes laws; subverting Aotearoa’s constitutional framework under Te Tiriti o Waitangi, tearing at the fabric of our democracy, and profoundly impacting the way public services are designed and delivered. 

These workshops are a space for NZEI Te Riu Roa members to better understand the bill, its potential impacts on education and to receive guidance on putting your own submission together.

Submission writing resources and guides will be made available to participants ahead of the workshop.
