Congratulations, you’re the Worksite Rep - now what?
This wānanga is targeted to support Staff if there is sufficient demand. This will enable some time to focus on issues relevant to you. Other sectors can enrol if this date works best for you.
What will be covered:
- An introduction to the role of Worksite Rep and what it involves
- Some training in how to do aspects of your role
- NZEI Te Riu Roa - some history and unpacking of how it operates
- A chance to network with other Worksite reps
